These stuffed breakfast muffins are sweet, fluffy, and delicious… oh and great for if you are on the go. Yummy and convenient seems like a mom win to me!

Recipe: Preheat oven to 400° and prepare muffin pan. Spray baking spray. Prepare pancake mix per box instructions. Pour half of the pancake mix into muffin pan. Add syrup. Cook bacon and sausage, drain extra grease and crumble. Add crumbles to pancake mix filled muffin pan. Add the remaining pancake mix. Pour on more syrup. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick clean. Remove and add powdered sugar and cinnamon. Eat and enjoy! 😉😋
