First Rigi Air Classic 2025
The air show around Mount Rigi, which had been postponed from Pentecost to August 1, took place on Swiss National Day. Despite strong winds, 14 aircraft could be admired and photographed at eye level or lower, mostly in sunshine. The organizers were satisfied, which gives hope for a repeat in 2026. As part of the 150th anniversary of the Arth-Rigi Railway, historic trains also ran up the Rigi on August 1. between 1:30 and 4 p.m., they were greeted by 14 historic aircraft.
