Death - Crystal Mountain (Instrumental Cover)
This song is probably one of Chuck's most well known and for good reason. You could even say that this might be the quintessential Death song as it has a little bit of everything, crushing riffs, haunting melodies, blistering leads, great drumming, tasteful basslines, you name it. Blending all the elements that make up Chuck's musical ingeniuty. I can only hope that this cover lives up to the original. RIP Chuck!
Recoring info (for ppl who might care!)
All electric guitars and bass were recorded using my Axe-FX 3. For the main guitar tone I used an ENGL Savage model. For the leads/melodies I used various Mesa models. The drumkit was made with stock SD3 library.
