Long time no see!
In this video I use the amazing Elastic Audio function of the V-Synth to play with that old school Shakuhachi sample, which was used by Enigma, Peter Gabriel and Tangerine Dream.
Just is just an uncut, raw recorded and unedited video just to show you how easy this is.
I show the following topics:
- 00:00 Intro
- 01:00 the Shakuhachi Sample
- 01:23 Which PCMCIA-Card do I use?
- 02:40 Starting with an empty V-Synth XT
- 03:09 Connecting through USB
- 03:40 Loading sample on to the PCMCIA-Card (with CF-Card)
- 04:09 Loading sample into the internal memory
- 05:01 Using sample in OSC1 as a regular sample (no elastic audio)
- 06:48 Editing the sample
- 07:42 Encoding the sample
- 09:35 Adjust TVA
- 11:39 Changing to Mono + Adding Portamento
- 12:50 Adding FX
- 16:50 Ending
