In today's video, we are making beef lettuce wraps with an Instant Pot!! This is a quick, easy recipe. You could probably make this in 20 minute tops. Even better, it's KETO friendly. You can substitute chicken for the beef if you are looking for an even healthier meal.
Lettuce Wrap Recipe (BEEF):
1 pack of butter lettuce leaves
1 cup slaw mix
2 lbs ground beef (or you can substitute chicken)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 to 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/4 cup hoisin
2 tablespoons sesame teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon asian chile pepper sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or rice wine vinegar)
2 teaspoons pickled ginger, minced
dash of chili pepper
8 oz canned water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
1 cup of water
Extra Lettuce Wrap Additions:
sour cream
sriratcha
shredded cheese
