Learning that Gönül is the daughter of the man who caused his son's death, Yusuf is torn between his revenge, which he has been growing inside of for years, and his feelings for Gönül. Tekin is not happy with the rapprochement between Yusuf and Gönül. Nurse Gonul (Gokce Bahadir) prepares to marry her doctor colleague Tekin (Onur Saylak). However, she hears terrible allegations about him and gives up the marriage. Later, when her path crosses with Yusuf (Engin Ozturk), she is torn between the passionate love of two men.
