Believing that Tekin is involved in İlknur's death, Gönül sets out to prove it. However, the more he digs, the more Tekin's dark side is revealed. Gönül learns about her past for the first time as she goes to settle accounts with her father, who appeared years later on his deathbed. Şermin, who wants to claim Kürşat's legacy on her own, is not happy with this rapprochement. Caught in the middle of her father's power games, Gönül takes refuge in Yusuf's calmness to find peace. However, with the events that develop, the atmosphere suddenly turns and Yusuf receives shocking news and realizes that the hour of revenge is closer than he thought.

Nurse Gonul (Gokce Bahadir) prepares to marry her doctor colleague Tekin (Onur Saylak). However, she hears terrible allegations about him and gives up the marriage. Later, when her path crosses with Yusuf (Engin Ozturk), she is torn between the passionate love of two men.
