I used TheFoundry's NukeX 11.3 and used the Deep compositing capabilities for the main chunks of the image
The logos come from various sources, some are actual logos, some are edits people made to real logos but in a futuristic aethethic and some are from the Cyberpunk 2020/2077 universe.
