INCIDENT REVIEW - American Airlines Boeing 787 Engine Ingests Cargo Container at O'Hare [10.17.24]

In this video, I review the lead-up to, the incident itself, and the aftermath of an avoidable cargo container ingestion by an aircraft engine that happened at Chicago O'Hare International / Int'l Airport ( ICAO : KORD / IATA : ORD ).
This is the first time I have made a video like this, so please bear with me. Please feel free to add anything I may have missed or mentioned incorrectly or insufficiently in the comments below. If this gets decent feedback, I'll do more reviews like this the next time we have an incident at O'Hare Airport. I tried to be brief, but I have a lot to say on this matter. 😆 This makes airport workers look bad, and I want to reassure you that incidents like this are few and far between. Rest assured, this incident will be incorporated into future airport ground employee training, and thousands of current Airport employees around the world are already aware of this incident.
The aircraft involved was N834AA, a 2018-built Boeing 787-9 DreamLiner that was operating as American Airlines Flight 47 ( AAL47 / AA47 ) from London Heathrow Airport ( EGLL / LHR ).
American 47 Heavy landed on ORD Runway 27C ( RWY 27-Center ) at approximately 2:50 PM CST ( 19:50 UTC ) and taxied for approximately 10 minutes before ingesting the cargo container at approximately 3:00 PM ( 20:00 UTC ).
