Bros, Quit Telling Women How to Lift
I posted this on Instagram several months ago and wanted to share it here on YouTube. This needs to stop. If women want to only train their glutes, that’s their prerogative. Bros, quit telling women how they should train, quit giving unsolicited advice, quit giving out wrong advice, and quit having double standards. It’s arrogant and annoying.
