Wow...I can safely say that this is the hardest I've ever worked on a video. I've been wanting to use this song to make a Zelda trailer for a while, but I haven't had the chance to because my recording system wasn't working. It just started recently working again, and as soon as I was done with a song I wanted to do, I started working on this right away. It's taken a while, but it was worth it.
So, all of the voices (with script) were recorded by me. I tried to get a feel for each character as I was doing them, and tried to get the closest pitch that I could without having to change it too much. It took me about two weeks to mix the audio together, then another week (with a bit of procrastination in between) to edit the actual video. Most of the lines I used came from the actual game (I tried to stick to it as much as possible while trying to give away as little spoilers as I could), but some of them I improvised to fit the trailer better.

I know the sound quality is not the best that it could be. When I tried to make it sound like an authentic trailer, I had to use as many in game sound effects as I could, and some of the music from the game can be heard over the song in the trailer. Try to ignore that as best as you can. Also, I did my best to reduce the white noise as much as I could, but I also had to amplify my voice so that it could be heard over the song, so a lot of the noise leaks through. And try to ignore the occasional popping noises that make in the beginning of the trailer. :)

I know that some parts of the trailer are hard to hear, so here are the lines in case you can't make out some of the words:

ZELDA: Listen carefully to what I have to say... This was once the land where the power of the gods was said to slumber. This was once the kingdom of Hyrule.

That blessed kingdom has been transformed by the king that rules the Twilight. It has been turned into a world of shadows, ruled by creatures that shun the light. Without light, the people became as spirits. Within the Twilight they live on, unaware that they have passed into spirit forms. All the people know now is fear...fear of a nameless evil.

ZANT: It is time for you to decide: Life or death?!

MIDNA: In the stories passed down by my people, there was a legend about a divine beast who would free the Twilight from a great evil. This is why I sought you out. I...I thought I could use you.

COLIN: Don't cry, Beth. It'll be okay!

MIDNA: I found you!

ZELDA: So this is the one for whom you were searching...

MIDNA: Are you sure you want to be doing that?
You're a beast.

ZANT: Surrender or die!

MIDNA: You humans are obedient to a fault, aren't you?

ZELDA: The kingdom succumbed to twilight, but I remain its princess.

MIDNA: Why don't you tell him exactly who are?

ZELDA: I am Zelda.

MIDNA: Zant is a false king.

ZANT: I need you.

MIDNA: You'll come with me...won't you?

COLIN: When I grow up, I'm gonna be just like you, Link!

Beth, look out!

BETH: Colin!

ZANT: This power that was granted to me is the magic of the king of Twilight, and you WILL respect it.

COLIN: Link is going to save us all!

ZANT: No wonder some people call you "hero..."

ILIA: Can you promise me this? Come home safely...

MIDNA: Twilight princess...

I would very much like to NOT receive any criticism for my voice acting (because i know I'm not the best voice actor), and I only do it for fun and I'm not really looking to improve just yet. If you do have some critics, save it for the editing of my video. (And yes, I realize that one of the scenes has text left in it from the game, but that really couldn't be avoided.)

Anyways, it seems I'm a little cranky, yes? (Sorry, I really don't mean to sound like it! O_o) I did just stay up all night finishing this thing...whew, glad it's done. Ramble over. :)
