6-19-23 in this video you can see the problem and how I found out it had to do with the wire harness.
I’m upset at U-Haul, because today is my third time having to take a vehicle there to repair. We hand two cars we paid them to put a wire harness for our trailer.
Our Subaru has gone back to U-Haul twice: (1) once to replace the wire harness, (2) second time- a wire underneath, that the tech didn’t crimp well enough, so it ended up disconnecting and no power would go to the connector. We found out when we were ready to go camping with friends - totally messed up everything, and we ended up canceling the camping trip because the

Good morning …,
I'm really ticked off.
Third problem with install.
The drivers' side light doesn't turn off- even when the car is turned off--- messed up all the breaking on the trailer... every time I blink the breaks turn on...
I measured with my multimeter and power is going to the plug even when the car turned off.
I'm near ogden right now...
When may I bring the Fiat 500e for you to fix this?
