Integrative health care emphasizes a holistic, patient-focused approach to health care and wellness – often including mental, emotional, functional, spiritual, social, and community aspects – and treating the whole person rather than one physical symptom. It aims for well-coordinated care between different providers and settings of care.
This webinar will describe how the Anxiety Shared Pathway Toolkit can help prepare post-acute care staff to be able to offer integrative therapy programs to their patients, residents, or clients to alleviate anxiety and improve outcomes.
