Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are an integral part of care delivery in the nursing home. They perform tasks that allow individuals to achieve and maintain their highest level of function, ensure dignity and compassionately support those at the end of life.
The current CNA shortage requires us to rethink strategies related to hiring practices, recruitment and retention. What new ideas and opportunities can we employ to ease the burden of the shortage and empower our CNAs?
This webinar addressed three different approaches to attracting, retaining and recruiting CNAs. Each approach is unique and serves to engage, empower and effectively manage the shortage.
