Andrew Allsop talks about his career as a leading wind engineer at Arup. As an Arup Fellow and one of the top wind engineers at Arup, Andrew is hugely influential in his field of expertise. He joined Arup in the 1970s, when wind engineering was in its infancy. Through his pioneering work, Andrew has helped to develop the practice into what it is today.
From the Gherkin and the Heron Tower in London to the Canton Telecommunications Tower in Guangzhou, Andrew has worked on some of the most iconic buildings around the globe.
