Submitting the Notification Forms
To facilitate the efficient and timely conduct of merger review, Notifying Parties must ensure that the Forms are complete, observe the protocols for submission, and coordinate with PCC staff for the filing of the requirements. The sufficiency determination stage shall commence only after all notifying parties have submitted the complete digital and hard copies of their respective Notification Forms.
