Conduct of Sufficiency Determination Stage
The MAO evaluates the sufficiency of the Forms and appendices within fifteen (15) calendar days. During this stage, the MAO checks if the Notification Form and its appendices are complete. This shall not preclude the MAO from requesting additional information from the parties during review.
