Myxoma is a differential diagnosis for sure
But:
The patient has Behcet disease
Recurrent DVT
RA appendage thrombus
Previous TEE 5 months ago (for mitral valve repair) showed normal IAS
Previous TTE 4 months ago was free
CMR confirmed that it is a thrombus
