This is a case of 3D-TEE guided Percutaneous Mitral Para-Valvular Leak Closure.
The leak was lateral located (10 -11 O'clock position), that needed 2 plugs (ASD devices), with a very good result. The case was done in Aswan Heart Centre, Magdi Yacoub Foundation, Aswan, Egypt.
