The amount of rice vinegar in the telop is wrong!
The correct amount is 54cc of rice vinegar per 1kg of radish.

This year too I'm making homemade additive-free pickled radish.

You can easily make it from one radish without drying it.
Please watch this video
Try making delicious pickled radish without additives.

How to make pickled radish

The ingredients will be the amount for 1 kg of peeled radish!

This is the amount of seasoning used when salting the radish.
For 1 kg of peeled radish
Salt 60g

Once pickled in salt, pickle for 3 to 5 days and discard the water.
Drained daikon radish will be pickled in sweet vinegar.

This is the amount of seasoning used when making sweet and sour pickles.

100g of sugar (use what you have at home)
Vinegar 54cc (either rice vinegar or grain vinegar is fine)
Appropriate amount of dashi kelp
Hawk's claw Appropriate amount

as you like
Please prepare the peel and squeezed juice of one yuzu.
(When adding the yuzu, add it together with the sugar.)
Add the yuzu and when the daikon radish has been marinated to your liking,
Discard all the juice and store in the refrigerator.

The storage period is about 2 months.

It's just a guideline, so please change the combination to your liking!

The sugar and vinegar you use will change the taste.
It might be a good idea to try making a small amount.
It's easy, so please try it.
