Quick Whiskey Update - 2 weeks on
A really quick video on how the whiskey is doing 2 weeks into the wood ageing process. I know its really soon, but already a good colour has developed in the jar, and I really want to monitor closely how it progresses. Also I want to avoid over oaking the spirits, so I will check again soon.
