Christmas Spiced Pomegranate Liqueur
How to make a Pomegranate Liqueur. We use home grown Pomegranates and mix the juice with GNS, Sugar, and Spices to make a fabulous seasonal heartwarming liqueur.
Ingredients
Approximately 2kg of pomegranates
1 Litre of high proof Spirits. I used GNS at 95.5% ABV
700g Demerara sugar
1 large stick of cinnamon
3 Cardamom pods, split
4 cloves
1 Star Anise
Very small pinch of cumin seeds

NOTE: If you do not have any high ABV spirits, you can use store bought vodka at 40% in which case you will not need to proof it down.
