The $25,000 Tesla Model

Tesla hasn't released the name of their $25,000 electric car, but it's been dubbed the Tesla Model 2 and even the Tesla Model Q in the media. So, we can still call it what we want. The idea of a Tesla model at this pricing bracket was first discussed around the EV community as more of a "what ifs" scenario. Yes, “what ifs” scenario that we will try to uncover and enlighten in this video. Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO at the time, had claimed that the automaker would most likely not produce an EV for less than $35,000. In fact, when the Model 3 was announced, the $35,000 price tag was a major selling feature, as Tesla was seeking to fulfill a long-standing promise to provide a $35K electric vehicle. Well, Tesla did as we always expect, as a matter of fact, sell a Standard Range RWD Model 3 for $35K for a limited time.

Further, the Model 3's pricing has fluctuated a bit since then, and it now starts at $41,990 excluding destination costs or federal tax credits. Still a long way from $35,000. However, you might be able to get a Model 3 for a lower price somewhere else. However, during its Battery Day event in 2020, Tesla suddenly changed its mind (Can you imagine?) and promised an even cheaper Tesla.
Musk teased a $25,000 Tesla model that would be ready in three years. He then promised that the next EV would be fully autonomous, as if the revelation had not just made Tesla engineers' heads spin, seriously.

So, this new EV information has come in, which we are glad to share with you. Please take advantage of this by staying tune in this video to take the edge off.
