Intro to Final Cut pro X - Data Management
In this video, I will present the basics of Final cut pro X. How to create a library, an event and a project as well as how to manage your data for final cut pro X.
This is a very important step before you start using the software, I give my recommendation as to how you should proceed with data management. Leaving imported files on an external hard drive and saving all the cache files there as well or you will fill your internal hard drive faster than you can imagine. Follow the steps outlined in this video and you will have a strong system in place for storage which will let you focus on your editing.
