We've still got to work our way to the actual rift when we start the episode, but that's pretty easy, so we soon find ourselves in the lava-filled rift.
Lava is dangerous stuff! Okay, not really. It barely takes hearts out of you. But it's still annoying to fall into it or to get burned by it. The mini volcano spurts, though, can absolutely help you get to higher areas.
