Suspect turns himself in for the Ewa Beach vehicular double homicide
Jonah Moya turned himself in yesterday at the Pearl City police station and was booked for the two charges of negligent homicide. Moya was charged and released on bail for $10,000 for the accident on March 24, 2024 that ended in the death of two bicyclists.
