Cars parked near Zippy’s Vineyard left with shattered windows after a man threw rocks at them
Honolulu police arrested a suspect for criminal property damage near the downtown Zippy's. The man threw rocks into windows damaging at least half a dozen cars parked on Maunakea Street.
