How I built my new app 📲
This is a clip from a full video where I show the behind-the-scenes process of building my ios new app! I go from problem (can't focus) to idea (unique focus app) to finished app, and I share the story every step of the way. The app utilizes visual focus training, which is scientifically proven to increase your ability to focus. Its origins date back to the 15th century, related to a meditation practice called Trataka, or candle gazing. Our mental focus follows visual focus, and Targaze helps you with little focus exercise sessions to train yourself not to be distracted before a cognitive work session.
