COBB-Style Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
Ribeye Steak (1kg)
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Step by step: The first step is to prepare the coals for your COBB grill. Once the coals are white, clean and season the meat with salt and pepper to your liking.
First, we'll place it on a non-stick griddle to sear it, and after about 5-7 minutes, we'll transfer it to the grill rack to cook to our liking with the COBB lid on.
Meanwhile, we'll make a traditional salad of lettuce, tomato, and onion to accompany it.
After 30-40 minutes, our delicious short rib with salad will be ready to enjoy ♥
