How to cook Deep fried steak?
So, I've seen a few peopelahve done this, and it intersted me. Depe fried steak. I can see how the dry (as in no water) and high temps would quickly cook a steak. So i gave it a go.
i decided to try it as a little experiment, to see how 2 steaks done in a simple herb blend, or a dry rub would taste afer deep fryng.
PS, I have to apologize for the blurriness of the video. There is something going on with my camera I have to addres. I think the focus is broken .
