WHERE'S HAMNER? Bassmaster Champion through the confetti
Every Bassmaster Classic champion reacts differently when first holding the (now named) Ray Scott Bassmaster Classic Trophy. The life-changing moment is bathed in noise, applause, smoke, and confetti. Lots and lots of confetti.
Here are the 45 images taken through my Canon 1DX with a 300mm F2.8 lens, hand-held (iso 32000, f/7, 3200th/sec) as I framed, focused, and held the continuous shutter (12 frames per second) with the hope for a clear photo of the angler's face. The last frame finally shows how this angler reacted to his life-changing event.
