Why I'm Excited for Detective Dotson
Detective Dotson is an upcoming adventure, detective game releasing in early access in August 2024.
In the game, you will play as Detective Dotson himself as he explores modern day India as a small time detective solving some very unique and interesting cases.
The world features charming, pixelated characters in an otherwise 3D world. I played it alone, but the game does already feature couch coop which is a huge positive in my eyes.
On top of that, you can
• create customisable disguises to deceive NPCs,
• throw items at litterers,
• complete side quests for extra clues or money,
• or just relax and take it all in as you walk the police dog Mowgli
At full release the game will have between 20-30 cases to solve.
