Ingredients:
1 kg Boneless beef brisket, cut into cubes
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Ghee
1 medium-sized Onions, chopped roughly
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tsp Baharat (Arabic mixed spices) or Garam masala + ½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp Tomato paste
2 cups Chopped tomatoes
1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
1 cup Water or stock
1 cup Pumpkin or carrots, cut into small cubes,
2 medium-sized Potatoes/sweet potatoes, cut into small cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
1-2 Pcs Flatbread, roughly torn up
