Overproof Rum + Orange Soda = Demon Rhumba (Tiki Halloween)
Tiki Halloween cocktail time. Bright orange, a little spooky, and super drinkable. We’re making Frankie’s Tiki Room “Demon Rhumba.”
Recipe (my version):
1.5 oz / 45 ml Planteray 3 Stars white rum
.5 oz / 15 ml Planteray O.F.T.D. rum
.5 oz / 15 ml Cointreau
.75 oz / 22 ml lime juice
.5 oz / 15 ml simple syrup
2–3 dashes orange bitters
Top with orange soda
Shake everything but the soda, strain over ice, top, and garnish. Perfect for Halloween parties.
