French 75 - New Year's Eve drink with Glitter Dust
French 75 with Disco Dust - perfect for New Year's 2025
1.25 oz. / 38 ml gin
.75 oz./ 22 ml lemon juice
.5 oz. / 15 ml simple syrup
3-4 dashes Earl Grey Bitters
3 oz. / 90 ml sparkling wine
a pinch of edible dust glitter (I used Brew Glitter - https://amzn.to/47RPrGR)
Shake first 4 ingredients and strain into a flute. Add edible glitter and top with sparkling wine.
