MSC Splendida is one of the largest ships of the Italian company MSC, but the experience is essentially the same on other cruise ships of the same company, with only the level of onboard entertainment and cuisine varying.
We were on a cruise from Shanghai to Japan and South Korea on this ship in September 2019, and the cruise itself left a lasting impression, especially the ports of call – fascinating Yokohama, charming Sakata, volcanic Kagoshima, samurai Kanazawa, and, of course, South Korean Busan (or Busan).
