Framing negative feedback
Before you give feedback to anyone especially if the feedback can be perceived as negative, it's important to FRAME the conversation first!
This allows the recipient to receive the feedback through the lens of the frame, otherwise if the feedback is received in isolation it may be taken the wrong way 👊
