Route 66 ep04: MISSOURI
The second state the historic Route 66 passes through is Missouri. I started my acquaintance with the state from St. Louis, where I was very much "hooked" by the Arch symbolizing the gate to the West. Then there was a fun story in Cuba with check-in into motel from the past - "Wagon Wheel". And the next morning, I continued my trip along Route 66 with scenic views through St. Robert, Lebanon, Springfield, Cartage, Carterville and Joplin. It is worth highlighting Springfield, Missouri, the real Homeland of the Mother Road 8)
