Kimberly Callas is an academically-trained figurative sculptor and social practice artist, and has found immense benefits in incorporating new technology into an old craft in a fusion of digital and handmade. She's using 3D modeling and 3D printing to aid her in the sculpture making process, and has created a new body of work around individuals' relationships with nature in the form of 3D printed masks.
