Brexit Food Price Rises - Worst Still to Come
The chairman of Tesco has been warning that the cost of groceries will go up much more in the first quarter of 2022 than it did in the last quarter of 2021. He acknowledged that this would be a problem for people whose grocery bill accounts for a significant portion of their household budget. But the real impacts will be worse even than described here, and the public should question why it has happened and what the government are going to do about it.
