Space Karen Gets Twitter Blocked in Brazil
With Twitter coming increasingly under the spotlight for its roles in spreading disinformation, there's a really interesting test case in Brazil. A senior judge has ordered that Twitter be blocked in the country until Musk complies with the law. Musk does not want to lose the Brazilian market, and so he may now be relying on public pressure. Will it come? If not, this might have interesting lessons for other governments around the world, including the UK.
