Can exercise even work? In this video I will go over how you can tell if exercise even works. I know there is a lot of people out there who has tried to exercise with very little success. What if I tell you, maybe the metrics you was using to measure your success was just not the right one for you. There is a ton of information out there regarding any topic. If you are not careful, you can fall into a trap of self-doubt. This mindset will sabotage you, and before you know it you will fall to your own undoing. I have trained many clients who claimed exercise does not work. After working with them, I find out that they are not willing to make a lifestyle change to afford then the opportunity to reach the goals that they set for themselves.
The goal of my channel is to connect with the viewers though fitness activities. Educate the public on current fitness related principles. Show simple and dynamic workouts for the whole family to enjoy. Also, learn from the viewers about how they view fitness, and what it means to them to be fit.
