Cop wants to tow my vehicle. FAIL
Officer Jorge patino, a veteran of SAPD since 2007 stopped me for and alleged violation of Expired Registration, the he tried to Tow my vehicle because his computer didnt show insurance on my truck. That was a Lie. at the end I showed my insurance and he let me go..
I am waiting for his body cam and dash cam video . he got Butt hurt because I told him to write the ticket for the insurance.
Officer Patino has not been promoted as far as i can see on his annual reviews since his hiring.
he had a three accidents in 2020. two on the same day.
