this cop had an attitude, i didnt get the beginning of the traffic stop. he had an attitude since the beginning,,,he had me get out of the vehicle and had me stay in front of his cruiser, once i started recording he tried to behave.. but you can catch a little bit of his attitude, at the end my third brake alight was working...
