The most beautiful of the Devnya Springs is the small Havuz, also known as the Magical Spring. An elliptical wall, about 4-5 meters high, is built around it. This creates a waterfall used by a nearby mill. The bottom of the spring and the walls of its pool are adorned with the roots of beautiful, colorful, long, and thin algae. According to an old legend, this spring was a favorite spot of Marciana, the sister of the Roman Emperor Trajan. Therefore, it is also called Marciana.
