The Granit Oak
In the small village of Granit, located south of the town of Brezovo in Central Bulgaria, stands the oldest tree in our territory – the Granit Oak. This beautiful and mighty tree is over 1600 years old, with an official age of over 1630 years. A summer oak, dating from around 345 AD, it has a large crown covering 1017 square meters, a trunk circumference of 7.4 meters, and an impressive height of 23 meters.
