A great farming spot for anyone with skinning! You do not need it to be very high level and you in fact this entire spot is very easy to do extremely early on in the game so if you're just starting out then this could be great to help get you the gold for mounts and riding training. As always prices depend heavily on your realms economy however this video should give you a good idea of what to expect when farming this area at least in terms of mats.
