I made this a while back, perhaps over a year ago, but never got 'round to uploading git. 'Thought I might as well do it now. I watched the film out of morbid curiosity. But I must say, while the film had some things in it that were stupid, the stuff related to this drama between the grandfather, his son and grandson were genuinely good. Just the kind of genuine human drama that I love seeing put to animation. I also kind of liked how despite the grandson being the protagonist, it was more of the grandfather’s story; since a lot of what happens revolves around him, his decisions and his obstacles to overcome. He’s the main driving force behind his grandson’s decisions. So, I wanted to make a video focusing on that aspect.
