Ep 78: Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs
Im back and we're making some Pork Ribs. Smoking, Cooking, and stayin good Lookin. Thats what we do here on the cdic vlog.
INGREDIENTS
St. Louis Style Rib Rack
Mesquite / Oak / Hickory wood your choice
Dry rub:
2 Tbs Salt
2 Tbs Pepper
1Tbs Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
Sauce:
1/2 cup bbq sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Mustard
1/8 cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcheshire Sauce
Hot Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
RECIPE
1) Put on your snap-back, this is a cool kid recipe
2) Meat Prep, watch the vid
3) Fire Prep, watch the vid
4) Add dry rub ingredients together and taste for preference
5) Add sauce ingredients together and cook on a stove on low heat so it mixes easier
6) Season ribs and throw onto smoker, smoke until the ribs have a red mahogany color, about 3-4 hours
7) Wrap with foil or butcher paper for another 2-3 hours or until the bones wiggle. Don't over do it
8) Add sauce and let it cook in the smoke for another 20 min
