MIT class educates future naval leaders
In MIT mechanical engineering class 2.702: Systems Engineering and Naval Ship Design, active duty officers in the U.S. Navy, U.S Coast Guard, and foreign navies get hands-on experience in project management skills that will be central to their future careers. The class is part of the Course 2N graduate program, which has been educating naval officers at MIT since 1901.
